Your account is governed by the jurisdiction stated in our terms document, applicable where local law permits. The governing clause is located in the final section of our terms and has not changed across the last three policy versions.

Both JazzCash and Easypaisa are named payment rails in our payment conditions clause. Transactions via either method are subject to the same account-balance and withdrawal terms as any other deposit method — no separate or lesser terms apply.

We notify you at the email address on your account before changes take effect. A notice period is stated in the update email. If you do not accept the revised terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance during that notice period.
